If you're curious about how guided meditations, reflective journaling and art-making are used in this mindful and intentional way, take a look around and see what offerings may resonate with you.
Soul Nova offers two paths work together and both involve immersive guided meditations and journaling designed to help you get still, settle your nervous system and have time and space to think and contemplate. This can be helpful during times of transition, high stress, grief & loss, or when you just need a break for yourself to get centered again and focus on what matters, which is you. Life is busy, and setting aside time for yourself in this mindful and intentional way is important to your overall well-being.

My name is Tressie Seegers and I'm a licensed professional counselor and a registered art therapist. I created this system after working with thousands of women from diverse backgrounds in a variety of clinical mental healthcare settings including community mental health, inpatient and outpatient services. There's one common need we all share, and that’s time and space to slow down so we can think, contemplate and explore our inner world. That is what Soul Nova helps you create for yourself.
All of my offerings are live online so you can enjoy them from anywhere. This is not therapy, however if something arises that needs therapeutic attention, I'm happy to provide resources for licensed therapists to work with. Soul Nova's offerings are for your own mindful practice.
