Find the Practice that Meets You Where You Are

Soul Nova offers two paths work together and both include immersive guided meditations and reflective journaling on topics revolving around mental wellness. For those that enjoy creativity, an art reflection is added to the mix and helps to further integrate the meditation and journaling insights that come from you while increasing feelings of flow. Art is used as a meditation and helps express what words cannot. 


One path to experience this process is immersive guided meditation and reflective journaling. These sessions are 60 minutes and include an introduction to the mental wellness topic followed by an immersive guided meditation and reflective journaling. Group and individual sessions are available. 


Another option offered is immersive guided meditation, reflective journaling and art-making. After an introduction to the mental wellness topic and a 10 minute guided meditation, participants enjoy reflective journaling and art-making with an optional share at the end. Each session is 90 minutes and offered individually or to groups.  


Both paths are designed to benefit your mental wellness by helping reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and overall sense of well-being, and increase clarity by getting in touch with your inner self.

Immersive Guided Meditation and Journaling

In these online 1:1 or small-group sessions, I guide you through an immersive meditation and reflective journaling practice for deep reflection and integration into everyday life.


Each session offers space to quiet your mind, create calm and listen within for bits of wisdom that are there to guide you on your journey. 


Many people find this experience especially meaningful during seasons of change, decision-making, or creative exploration.

Immersive Guided Meditation, Journaling and Mindful Art

I offer live online workshops and 1:1 sessions that blend immersive meditation, reflective journaling and art-making. You don’t need to be an artist—just someone that enjoys creativity and willingness to slow down and explore.


Together, we work with gentle creative prompts and monthly themes such as renewal, resilience, connecting with your intuition and inner wisdom. Each experience invites you to express your inner world through art and journaling, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
